We are RipeConcepts, a design, web development and employee leasing company. As a company, we actively and consciously promote learning through coaching, training, and partnership with universities via student internship. We believe that RipeConcepts is at its best as an organization when continuous learning takes place just as our employees are at their best when learning and growing.

Residential In-season Produce Exchange of Altadena. We are a group of organic fruit and vegetable gardeners from Altadena, CA who primarily give away our excess produce to other local neighbors that are Ripe Altadena members. We also sometimes ask for a trade of produce, and do sell some products such as eggs. As an aside, we have a database of recommended community workers which we have personally used and can recommend to our neighbors. It will be more than you thought.
